 1.      All Basic Carrier Deliveries default to “inside the closest dry door”.

2.      All Basic Carrier Deliveries are made with one driver.  you must be able to provide someone able to assist
      removing the mattress product from the truck and assist in moving the mattress product into the closest dry door.

3.   In All Basic Carrier Deliveries the product will be delivered inside the closet dry door.  Please note the outside of the boxes may be dirty.  The consumer must provide an area “inside the closest dry door” that is clear for placing the boxes.  The carrier will not be liable for any damages caused to the consumer’s home.

4. Basic Delivery Please allow 1-3 weeks.

1.      White Glove Delivery and Setup are made with two men.  It includes taking the sleep product into the consumer’s home into a ground floor room, assembling (if products are included with order) a new frame or adjustable unit (s), and placing the mattress and foundation on the existing bed frame. 

2.      Packing material will be removed. 

3.      Old mattress must be removed or moved out of the area before delivery. 

4. White Glove Delivery Please allow 2-4 weeks.
